Meet Our Collaborative Teaching Community

About Our Cooperative Model

Teachers at Saguaro Blossom Yoga aren't just instructors—they're co-owners. This cooperative structure ensures:

Fair Compensation

Teachers receive 65-70% of class revenue, not the industry standard 30-40%.

Democratic Governance

One member, one vote. Teachers shape studio policies, class offerings, and financial decisions.

Teaching Autonomy

Control your schedule, teaching style, and class content. No corporate mandates.

Community Support

Shared marketing, administrative help, continuing education, and collaborative community.
