Acceptance of Terms

By booking a class or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Class Bookings & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Cancel up to 2 hours before class for full credit
• Late cancellations: Less than 2 hours = class deducted from pack or membership
• No-shows: No refund or credit
• Studio cancellations: We'll notify you ASAP and offer makeup class or refund

Liability Waiver

Yoga involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that you're in good health or have consulted a physician. You participate at your own risk. Saguaro Blossom Yoga, its instructors, and cooperative members are not liable for injury.

Sliding Scale Honor System

Our sliding scale pricing operates on trust. We do not verify income or financial hardship. We trust you to choose the tier that honestly reflects your financial situation.

Studio Policies

• Arrive 10-15 minutes early for first class
• Respectful behavior required—discrimination, harassment, or unsafe conduct results in removal
• Photography/recording prohibited without instructor permission
• Scent-free environment (no strong perfumes/colognes)

Refunds

Class packs and memberships are non-refundable but transferable to another person. Special circumstances considered on case-by-case basis.
