Yoga for Every Body & Every Journey
Adaptive, inclusive yoga for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, sensory processing challenges, mobility limitations, and developmental disabilities.
What is Special Needs Yoga?
Special Needs Yoga adapts traditional yoga practices to support individuals with physical, cognitive, sensory, or developmental differences. Every person's body and mind are unique—our classes honor that truth by offering modifications, sensory-friendly environments, and individualized support.
This isn't “regular yoga made easier.” It's yoga reimagined to center accessibility, safety, and empowerment for every participant.

Rebecca's Expertise
With specialized training in Trauma-Informed Wellness and Social Emotional Learning, Rebecca brings a depth of understanding to adaptive yoga that goes beyond physical modifications. Her background as an elementary educator taught her how to create safe, structured, and supportive environments for diverse learners.
Every Special Needs Yoga class incorporates principles of trauma-informed practice: predictability, choice, empowerment, and safety. We never force participation, never use physical adjustments without explicit consent, and always honor a person's need to rest, observe, or engage at their own pace.
